Suggest Remedy For High BP And Palpitations Despite Taking Ramipril

Hi. I am a 55 yr old female I have been taking ramipril 5 mg for 18months I still have high bp and palpitations my gp has just started me on 2.5 mg of BIsoprolol but I have bad headaches can you advise a pain relief apart from paracetamol that can be taken with these tablets. I am otherwise healthy I am 5ft and weigh 117lbs

Hi,

For your headache, please take ibuprofen 500 mg when you feel headache. Also switch to tab telma 40mg instead of taking ramipril. I think it can help you better. Accordingly discuss with your practitioner.
