Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

Zpack may not be effective in treating Otitis externa. Talk to your doctor and get the antibiotics changed. Secondly, instead of the ear drops you can use a cotton wick smeared with a cream containing antibiotic and a steroid (this can be done by your doctor).

Wish you good health

Regards
