I have trouble sleeping after my mom try to force me to drink a lot of water an hour before bed. I end up not able to sleep for three or four hours or have to wake up for toilet and cannot go back to sleep. Is there any reason I can explain to my mom?
Hello, There are few points which i would like to tell you that will help you to improve your sleep: 1. Avoid fatty food one hour before sleep. 2. Do not do heavy work-outs in the evening. 3. Do not take tea/coffee at bed-time. 3. If you are not able to sleep withing 20 mins of lying on bed, do not force yourself to sleep. Rise up from your bed and take a walk around in your room or balcony. 4. Do not take water one hour before going to bed. 5. Do not listen to loud music/violent tv shows before going to sleep.
