Suggest Remedy For Irregular, Heavy And Long Menstrual Cycle With Dizziness And Cramps

My daughter is having long, irregular menstrual cycles. Currently on day 19 with bleeding, often heavy. She has experienced dizziness and cramping. We are currently prescribed birth control pills for three months with the hopes of getting it regular and shorter. Today, she said she experienced a loss of focus where she had a blackout experience, temporary....Only lasting a few seconds. I have not had her iron checked to see if her iron is low due to this long cycle.....Before birth control pills it was just long periods and not regular.....since the pills she is noticing more symptoms. She is 15 and not sexually active. She is a competitive dancer as well.

Dear,
get her Hb level checked immediately and if she had experienced blackout even for few seconds it is a cause of worry and can be because of excessive bleeding.
i ll suggest get her examined by a gynecologist immediately.

regards
