Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

I am forty years old. I have not had my periods for two months (were regular before). I consulted a doctor and per her instruction took Primolut N 5mg 2 tablets for 5 days... I have not got my periods yet (7 days now). Home pregnancy tests are negative tested before and after medication.
Does Primolut N induce periods if the case is Menopause.

Primolut N contain the active ingredient norethisteron which is similar to progesterone.This hormone play an important role in women's menstrual cycle and fertility.

Primolut N is used to treat irregular periods,menopausal symptoms,premenstrual syndrome, primary and secondary amenorrhoea,delay of menstrual period and endometriosis.

If you want a natural alternative use pueraria mirifica.This herb is highly estrogenic as a result can be used insteand of estrogen replacement therapy.Pueraria mirifica contains isoflavone compounds that may alleviate hot flashes and night sweats in some perimenopausal women.
