General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get a detailed work up with hormonal profile to rule out any hormonal imbalance as well as ultrasound pelvis to look for any signs of polycystic ovaries or endometriosis.

Gynecologist review should be sought with detailed work up for these symptoms. Cause based treatment needs to be started for proper relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
