I am 26yr old,5.5 ft,75 kgs .I work on system for 12 hrs due to which there is pressure on my elbow .Due to this there is a rash on my elow and getting itching sensation.The skin has become dark near the elbow due to friction on the table.suggest me ?

You can try a cortisone cream applied three times a day for two weeks, but if that's ineffective, you'll need a cortisone injection for it
