Suggest Remedy For Joint Pain With Low Fever And Swelling In Ankles

I am 31, 145lb, healthy female. I was scratched by a cat is February. I recently tested positive for Bartonella Henselae (IgG >1:256, Igm 1:400). I have not yet seen a doctor (a midwife ran the blood test). I have had very bad travelling joint pain, low grade fever(99-100.5), swelling and pain in ankles, night sweats, anxiety, & Panic attacks. Is this serious? I want to know what kind of doctor or specialist I need to see.
