General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think this situation is created by overstretching muscles while standing in the cross-legged position.

Increasing physical activity and stretching everyday will prevent this by happening anymore. Now you can have rest and give time to muscles to regenerate. If pain is strong you can have acetaminophen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
