i'm trying to go to sleep but my high pulse rate it's not letting me to fall a sleep , i'm not taking any medications , i don't drink or smoke , i did not exercise before i went to bed , i'm 5'5'' and my weight it's 135 , my age it 32 female .... this situation it's not something new that just happened , it has happen before , last week was the closes one that i can remember .... is there anything to help me to control this situation , specially now , so i could fall a sleep ? thanks for your time :)
