Flora BC will stabilize his intestinal flora (as it is a probiotic), Ondem will help with vomiting, however, is he is still vomiting, I think he is not keeping the meds. Might need iv medications until no vomit. Taxim-o is an antibiotic to cover bacterial infection as well as OFM. If his condition is still bad, then, should run stool culture and abdominal ultrasound.
