You had constipation problems in past and now have loose stools, pain in abdomen, bloated and so on indicating a possibility of intestinal infection. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get a stool and blood tests done and if infection is present a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, symptomatic treatment with antispasmodic and supportive treatment with probiotics, electrolyte solutions and so on should help you the best. If this does not help you, you need further clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist, colonoscopy, CT scan of abdomen and so on to get a proper diagnosis and appropriate management.
