Suggest Remedy For Lump Under The Right Nipple

Hi, I am a 20 year old male. About two weeks ago, i found a lump under my right nipple, its moving when i touch it and its painful. No nipple discharges. My left nipple is normal and my right nipple is puffy. Recently i was taking Isotretinoin for my acne treatment and the course is complete. After that i took Spironolactone for 1 week. I have problem with only my right nipple.

General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for medical and physical examination. a breast ultrasound may be requested for further evaluation of the said lesion. it could be any of benign breast lesions, but to be sure, medical consult is needed. management (medical or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
