I feel a lump in my throat after chewing nicotine gum. Is this a normal reaction or is it an allergy I should be concerned about? I can still breathe, and it is getting better now that I have taken the gum out, but it is scary to feel like my throat muscles are constricting. Will this subside with repeated use or should I not try the gum again?
