Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. If the cyst is small, cyst aspiration should help.
2. However, a definite diagnosis is necessary and excision is advisable.
3. If its a urinoma, leak will be sealed and the extra portion excised and sent to histopathology for confirmation. Lymphocele, will only be excised.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
