Suggest Remedy For Muscle Spasms And Bumps Along The Muscle From Hip To Knee
Hi, I am having such strong pain from my hip joint to my knee on the side of my leg and the same area in the back of the leg. Because of this I can not walk but a few steps nor sit. MRI was done of the back..it s ok. X-rays of the hip. It s ok. Diagnois is...probably bursitis. Nothing can be done except pain pills. Now I have constant muscle spams and have little bumps along the muscle the entire length(hip to knee)....any ideas?
There are 3 possibilities can happen to you: 1. Bursitis as you mentioned 2. Aduptive shortening of Hamstring and gluteus muscles which gives stability to hip joint 3. Weakness of muscles around Hip
If pain persist for long time then you must visit to a physiotherapist and take ultrasound therapy over gluteus muscles and IFT therapy for instant pain relief. stretching is very good thing to apply. Change in lifestyle modification is must due to that re-occurrence can be prevented. You can join Art of living workshops online also. It's amazing stretching exercises for muscles flexibility.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
