Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Frequent Urination, Diarrhea And Fever

hi I have had nausea for five days, frequent urination (but not a lot of pain on urination). I m a 56 year old woman with 2 young kids and a high -powered job. I don t have diarrhea, but i feel like i m going to vomit every time i eat. I do not have a fever. i am dizzy to the point of stumbling.

Hi, for nausea domperidone 10 mg tablet has to be taken.
If associated acidity then omeprazole or rabeprazole taken.
It is advisable to do usg in your case for further work up
