Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Pain And Bloating

I have Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency and am on HydroCortisone at 30mg/day. I went down to 25mg per my Endo s advice, plus a Thyroid medication and DHEA. However, my symptoms worsened. I went to the ER this past week, and they found nothing. I have not been able to sleep the last days, have pain and nausea from stomach indigestion and bloating, and trouble breathing at times. I want to sleep more than anything and am not able to. Please help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to indigestion. For nausea you can take tablet ondensetron. For pain you can take tablet dicyclomine and acetaminophen. Still for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen after surgeon consultation. Take soft balanced diet. Keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale, Family and general physician
