Suggest Remedy For Pain And Cramps On Leg With Arthritis Problem
I have arthritis all over my body .since Thursday it starts in afternoon I work on bus helping special needs kids on and off bus .. I have had a cramp on the side of my leg in front causing me not being able to walk .. I take 800 ml ibuprofen a real hot bath it helps but just can t put any pressure on my right leg .. I just can t walk .. What can I do ?
