Suggest Remedy For Pain And Difficulty In Spelling Due To Head Injury

Hello, I hit the very top of my head on a concrete beam a week ago right at the sagittal suture, no swelling no bump, but the best way I can describe it is that it feels like where the plates meet, it feels like a knuckle that need to be cracked, mild nuisance pain and then the same pain just to the back of my temporal lobes and extending sometimes down to my jaw, and sometimes to the C1 vertebrae and I m having a hard time spelling things I know that I know how to spell.
