Suggest Remedy For Pain Caused Due To Shrinking Foreskin Of The Penis

my foreskin has shrank and it is extremely difficult to pull back over the head of the penis. I make sure I pull it back over the head during each shower I take. This occurred approx two years ago but went away. But now it has returned and seems more painful. I am 62 years old

Psychiatrist Dr. (Prof) Narottam Lal's  Response
Hi
It is not a problem. With advancing age this may occour It causes no problem Do not be too harsh in pulling it back otherwise may cause damage and tear of skin
if you stop your attempt to pull back( which causes strain on skin ) pain should go away in due course of time
