You must have developed cavity below the fillings.Your dentist filled it temporarily expecting your teeth will heal deep cavities. But, you still developed pain.It means your cavities are deep that they need a root canal treatment.I suggest you to see your dentist for a x-ray and proceed with the root canal treatment. This will save your teeth from extraction. You must also see your general physician for a antibiotic and analgesic prescription as it is necessary for your tooth to heal after root canal.Liver problem also leads to poor blood clotting. So,inform your dentist before any treatment. Regards.
