Suggest Remedy For Pain During Bowel Movement
My two year old nephew screams and cries every time he had a bowel movement and we have to change him and has diaper rash. What can be the cause of this? How can we stop this? We use creams and ointments, just every time we change a poop diaper he is in pain.

You need to treat his diaper rash. Change diapers often, use Sudocream, wash him with gentle soap after changing him and let him dry in open air.
