General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.I think yo have injured your leg while doing leg split.and generally in these circumstances people often hurts the hamstring muscles.also I presume you have injured front muscles of your leg.as the nerves to leg fingers are going through these muscles these nerves also got injured.so your toes are numb.please dont stretch your leg anymore and do't try to walk.just lay your left leg on some horizontal rest.you can take Ibuprofen 400 mg to get relief from pain.if with times the your condition does not improve then please contact your GP .I hope you will find my suggestion helpful.don't hesitate if you have any query further.my best wishes.thank you.
