complaining of both lower and upper back pain. occupation involves lifting and stacking cartons of varying weight. The pain was also felt in the rib cage. Some areas of feet were red with broken skin in the area of the 5th metatarsal notch. blood pressure was a little above normal and his ears appeared flaky also.
