Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Lower Side

I have had diaarhea for 3 months and I have a pain lower right side of stomach that gets worse with pressure can't sleep on right side and my jeans hurt just touching my right side. I am nausae and vomiting and low grade fever. I have been to GI doctor and had a number of test and they found nothing. The pain in right lower side is getting worse day by day. I have anemia and fatigue. What do you think?
