Hi Dear,
Understanding your concern.
Well the symptoms you mention in your query are clearly indication a condition known as '
irreversible pulpitis ' , which is a condition in which there is damage to pulp that is beyond repair . In this condition bacteria reaches the pulp usually when person keep ignoring minor dental problem or reversible pulpitis remains untreated for long time .
I would suggest you to
consult dentist or endodontist for proper examination .
Doctor will order X-ray to find out exact cause and to find out if there is any
abscess under tooth.
If there will be abscess then dentist will put you on antibiotics course , after antibiotics course he/she will perform RCT (
root canal treatment) .
If there is no abscess then doctor will start performing RCT , it may take 1-3 seatings .
After RCT doctor will give crown in affected tooth.
Till then maintain proper
oral hygiene , do warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day and avoid food having extreme temperature .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
