My job involves travelling in cars and flights for long hours. I am now experiencing pain ,stiffness and decreased mobility in both my legs.I cant walk fast,cant bend my ankles while stepping down steps and feel pain in the metatarsal regions also while walking. X-ray revealed flat feet. Doctors have advised shoes with arch support,but that does not help. I will feel greatly releived if i can at least stretch my legs the full length and walk faster with loner steps. Can you help and advice?
