Suggest Remedy For Persistent Rashes On Body After Eating Shrimp

my friend ate some shrimp and has broken out in a rash on her back, neck, forehead and upper chest. She has eaten plenty of shrimp before and never had any issues. I gave her some Benadryl but the rash is still persistent. Any helpful tips would be appreciated.
