my symptoms are pimples in my anal area not painful or anything but are a bit painful and worsens in pain when i make a bowel movement. it is not on the genital area only anal and its a few. i used a razor about 2 weeks ago so i believe it might be that but ima not sure

I would suggest you to maintain proper dryness and cleanliness in that area. You should take oral antibiotics such as doxycycline, azithromycin or minocycline to prevent further exaggeration.Wear cotton undergarments. Take oral antifungals like fluconazole for upto 6 weeks. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and you can go for properly prescribed medication. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Drink plenty of water. Wash your face frequently several times during the day with plain water.
