My 2 year old daughter has not been unwell she has woken up at 3am and just vomited a small amount of mucus it had a small blood clot in, She has since vomited twice, Both times vomit a dark green colour with small blood clots in. What could this be and do I need to take her to a&e

Take her to an emergency at once. What you described sounds like Bilious vomiting which always needs evaluation.
