OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Severe dehydration can lead to lethargy in pregnancy. And decrease the fluid around the fetus leading to complications. Low iron levels are due to anemia which also cause lethargy, weakness and dizziness.
Cramps in lower abdomen can be due to urinary tract infection.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get appropriate investigation and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
