My four year old daughter has had 100.2 for two days. Now noticing a pimple type rash on the inside of bilateral upper extremities. Any thoughts? Brought her to md yesterday. She said throat was red but rash was not there yesterday. She is not lethargic and appetite good...

It could be a viral rash. I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily.
