im a 55yr old male with black rash on my arms and legs, had it for a few years. it began first like a normal, abit like eczema. i itched it and it began to bleed, when it started to heal it scabbed up and went black and lumpy. when i itch it now it dont bleed as much. please help bacause i dont know what to use on it to make it better.
