Recurrent abdominal pain in the right side of the abdomen may be indicative of appendicitis, IBS, liver dysfunction, cholecystitis, etc. You are suggested to take antacids and PPI's, one SOS when required for relieve. Avoid constipation. Take laxatives at bed time, stay well hydrated.
However, you are suggested to visit a GP, get clinically examined, get CBC, urinalysis and imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and the severity of your clinical condition.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
