Suggest Remedy For Recurring Pain And Swelling In Wrist Post A Fall
have pain of about a ten in my right wrist and hand fell on it about 6 months ago. I thought at first that it was a gout flair up and went to the urgent care in my area. The doctor treated me for gout and gave medicine for pain. After the pain meds wore off the pain is back in my wrist and hand but pain only when I move it a certain way. It was swollen, it s not now but still hurting.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The symptoms can be related to gout. I suggest to check the uric acid level for further evalaution. Meanwhile, I suggest using an anti inflamamtory medication such as Acetominophen to relieve the inflammation. If the diagnosis is confirmed, I sugegst using specific treatment such as Allopurinol.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
