Recently my private area have been itching, my thighs and around my balls and penis area. Now around my thighs i have small little dot spots (slightly reddish). and around my penis front there seems to be skin sheddinmg and it itches and feels rough, i am usually a clean person sometimes even take showers twice a day.also just below my upper shaft of my penis there are 2 spots that look like a pimple what should i do, i was to buy an anti fungal cream but dont know what to get
