Hi,

The most common reason for having these symptoms is urinary tract infection and I would advise you to get a urine culture and sensitivity done to see if there is any infection persisting. If it comes positive then I would advise you to start a course of antibiotics depending upon the result of the test under the advise of your treating physician. Also, you need to drink a lot of water and fluids in order to get rid of the infection and also to avoid recurrence in future. The reddish appearance inside urethra is a usual finding and there is no reason for you to worry about it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
