Hi, I have read your question and I understand that you are diagnosed with aspirin allergy (sensitivity). I also read that you have tried to change your diet and be off of medications that contain salicylic acid, but you want a different approach to the problem. There are two ways to do this. First, you may a chronic systemic treatment with corticosteroids to lower your immune response to aspirin, or you can try a process called desensitization. You’ll start off taking small doses of aspirin and work your way up to more. Your doctor will watch you closely for reactions. If it works, you may be able to take aspirin without problems as long as you keep taking it daily and you get used to salicylic acid. As you see, both ways need the assistance of a doctor, namely an Alergologist. I would strongly recommend you to leave a meeting, and he/she may help you find the best way to approach your condition.
