Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain

Im 20 years old, have horrible abdominal pain and in order to calm the pain down I have to sleep where I feel the abdominal pain, for the past three weeks I've been having fever and feel light headed. The fever goes away after I sleep it off. Should I go see a doctor?

Hi.
3 weeks of fever and pain in abdomen are sufficient indications to visit a Physician to get a proper history taking , good clinical examination and investigations as per the findings to get a diagnosis. I would suggest: CBC, sugar, Widal, malaria, liver and kidney functions. Ultrasonography of the abdomen and X-ray chest .
All these things will help the diagnosis and give a plan for a proper treatment.
