Suggest Remedy For Severe Cold And Cough

I have a bad cold with a cough. it has been going on for a week or so and now I have developed a fever. I have not gone to the doctor as I do not have insurance. can you tell me of a natural product that acts like an antibiotic?This is actually for my daughter (who is 47 years old) - I am her father.

Cough for more than one week , now she has fever this is suggestive of something serious that need to be managed immediately .she may have pneumonitis or pneumonia after URTI or acute bronchitis . At this time it is important that exact diagnosis should be made and treated accordingly . Delay at this point may cause increase in severity of illness . Get an x ray chest ,CBC and sputum examination done to reach correct diagnosis . Don't waste time in searching natural antibiotics .
