Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the Femera contains Letrozole used for breast tumor therapy. The letrozole is associated with number of side effects as:
- Chest discomfort
- Dark urine
- Generalised weakness and fatigue
- Blurry vision
- Muscle cramps
- Headache
- Pin prick and burning sensation peripheries
- Distended neck veins
- Black tarry stool
- others

It is strongly recommended to approach your doc for this side effect of pins and needle in your case and get further guidelines of therapy.
