Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, it could be a Fungal infection (Tinea). Apply Terbinafine cream twice daily on the lesion and also on normal skin surrounding skin lesion. Apply clotrimazole dusting powder over the cream. Avoid tight fitting clothes. Avoid wearing wet clothes and always completely dry clothing before wearing. If you do not get any response after 2 weeks, do consult your dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
