Suggest Remedy For Severe Spontaneous Pneumothorax

My 23 yo son had a moderate to severe spontaneous pneumothorax 2 years ago followed by the removal of 2 blebs. He recently had a chest xray that showed hyperaeration. He has no copd. X-ray showed no pneumonia or effusion nor acute disease. Is there reason for concern or follow up with pulmonary Dr.
