Hello, I ve had sharp pain in my right shoulder blade on the inside of my back (if that makes sense) I think for quite a few months. It s rarely aggravated except in very specific movements, such as putting my arm flat on a wall and leaning into it. My partner rubbed the area both of us thinking it was a tightened muscle and it was too tender to do anything with and now hurts more today then it has lately. I ve looked up pinched nerve, but the pain is mostly localized to that one spot and somewhat radiates down into my upper right rib under my arm. The pain isn t severe, but when it strikes it s definitely noticeable and somewhat alarming. Thank you in advance for your help.
