Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In The Knee Post Meniscus Removal Surgery

Hello. I am a 54 year old woman and I had my meniscus removed on June 1st. My recovery has been at a pretty study improvement rate (just stopped physical therapy) but in the past couple of days, I have developed a shock like pain that is almost constant. Leaving for New York on Friday. Have a lot of walking ahead of me. Any direction or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!! Janna Linde
