I have heart pains/thumps/jumping since 8pm last night. Shortness of breath, resting heart rate of 98. Light headed and breathless. 170lbs, 40 and female and generally healthy, Bad family history of strokes, On BP meds for 7 years. What should I do?
If you are having persisting chest pain then you should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment as soon as possible.
Though chest pain may be due to any structure in the chest from the skin inwards, it would be best to rule out heart disease since there is a family history and a history of hypertension.
I hope this helps
