I understand your concern
Shoulderto elbow pain without numbness may be due to muscle strain.
Physical examination by consulting the orthopedics surgeonwillhelp indiagnosis.
Doctor will give
Tablet ibuprufen 3 times per day for 5-6 days
Wear elastic creepe bandage.
apply volini gel.
Avoid stressful activity and give proper rest.
Apply war pad application
