Suggest Remedy For Skin Infection Around The Mouth

My baby girl is little more than 6 months now. I noticed little whiteheads with red colored surroundings beside right side of her mouth. the size of the affected area is about the size of my thumb nail. it is been there for about 6-7 weeks and for the first 2 weeks, it looked same only whiteheads and redness however, i went to the doctor and he said it is infection and he gave me antibiotic cream so I applied it on my baby s face for 2 weeks but it got worse. now she has sometimes blisters and looks like it got bigger, and now sometimes she has yellow crusted covers on her infection. so i went back to doctor again and he gave me hydrem 1% (hydrocortisone acetate 1%) cream but that one was worse. so I went to different doctor and he told me she has fungal infection and gave me loprox 1% cream today. I am so worried that this would spread to other part of her face or give her any scars....now it is more and a month and i am sor worried. Could you give me any advice? Thanks
