Suggest Remedy For Sleep Disorders

Hi my name is Leah and I'm almost 19. You see, lately I'm having difficulty to sleep at night. At first, I though it was insomnia but when I check the symptoms it says that waking up early. But for me, lately I always wakes up after 12 hours or more of sleep. What do you think is the problem?
